My first full day of indoor storm-waiting is begun! I don’t
know why I got up this early, I have a whole day to kill. I wanted to get a
shower in before we could lose water, but now that’s done I’m at a bit of a
loose end as to what to do. Should I put make-up on? It’s something to do, but
then if we do lose water I won’t be able to wash my face and I’ll get spots.
But if I have to be rescued by firemen …
